Let me be honest - this appliance is really good but not perfect. The quality is above average for the price and it works well. I have been using it for about two weeks and no major complaints. The design looks great. However, I noticed a few minor quality issues that kept it from being a 5-star product for me. Still, I would buy from Jikra again.
